The Symbolism of What Clients Say To Therapist, The California Graduate Institute (CGI) The First Independent School of Psychology in the USA

When I attended The California Graduate Institute (CGI) the first independent school of psychology in the USA, a professor stated that some clients say that the Therapist, “Looks like the Devil.”

A symbolic explanation is that according to the New Testament of the Holy Bible, the Devil offers things to people on Earth. A Therapist is offering:

  • Communication,
  • Learning,
  • Understanding,
  • Insight, and
  • Sometimes freedom.

At 8:00 p.m. on 9/10/2010 I was thinking about that statement and had and experience of the professor that stated, “What Client’s Sometimes Say.”
